Pastor Razor served as Global Technology and Training manager for Tellabs Inc., where he successfully managed a team of 13-18 Fiber Optic Communications Engineers and Technical Subject Matter Experts in 15 countries on 5 of the world's 7 continents. This experience took him to far away places and provided him with a global perspective of the many issues facing communities, while molding him for ministry to a diverse group of people. It is this background and experience that enables him to successfully pastor people from diverse cultures.

Under his leadership, CITC has received accolades from across America for the work of developing a experienced and trained IT community within our neighborhoods.

Then in May of 2017, Pastor Razor retired from Tellabs Inc to devote his time fully to running CITC and pastoring Faith Hope & Charity Ministries.

With the success of CITC, Pastor once again turned his attention to the need for IT training and services within the community at large, and in April of 2019, Pastor Razor incorporated CommunITy Techs as a full service Computer, IT, and technical support corporation focused on provided computer support, network support, and a full array of technical services to individuals and businesses within the community. With this corporation Pastor Razor plans to provide an employment vehicle for those that are trained while providing first rate technical training and support.

During the current course of leading God's people, Pastor Razor has led the congregation from a single room to ownership of a three building dual location worship center and community service outpost.

Today Pastor Razor serves as Senior Pastor of a vibrant community church on the south side of Chicago. He leads the offering of many community support programs, and in 2019 he founded the Faith Place Bible Institute (www.fpbi.net) as a vehicle to develop, reach, teach, and lead to self sufficiency and independence.
